About the role:

This Monday to Friday role offers solid support across leasing, accounts, inspections, and admin, allowing you to focus on managing your portfolio and building client relationships. You will join a collaborative team led by a hands-on, supportive business owner who is genuinely invested in your growth and success.

- Routine and outgoing inspections
- NCAT preparation and attendance
- Arrears management
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Assist with end of month
- Insurance and bond claims
- Oversee escalated maintenance issues

Experience required:

- Experience managing a residential portfolio
- Knowledge of the NCAT processes
- Class 2 real estate license
- Reliable car and drivers license
