**About The Role**

In the role of **Team Member**at Cakes by Max, a day in your life will include:

- Execute the daily operations of the store
- Provide excellent guest service while creating a memorable experience
- Prepare and serve our delicious drinks including coffees, hot chocolates and teas to the finest standard
- Prepare and serve dessert menu items that promise to tempt all taste buds to the finest standard
- Complete in-house training to keep you up to date
- Maintain a clean and well-presented store

**About You**: To be successful in the role of **Team Member** at Cakes by Max, you will have:

- Previous hospitality and/or customer service experience is essential
- Availability to work across flexible hours and days, including weekends
- Energetic, positive and guest focused with a can-do attitude
- Passion for hospitality and love the energy that the industry brings
- Enjoy creating memorable experiences for all our guests
- Driven to provide exceptional guest service at all times
- Ability to work well collaboratively as part of a team
