Venue Manager – Restaurant & Bar (Gregory Hills)

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Venue Manager to lead the daily operations of our vibrant restaurant and bar in Gregory Hills. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality setting and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day venue operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse front-of-house and bar team
- Maintain high standards of customer service, presentation, and cleanliness
- Manage staff rosters, labour costs, and performance
- Monitor stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Drive sales through promotions, events, and customer engagement strategies
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally About You
- Proven experience as a Venue Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and bar operations
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control
- Current RSA and relevant certifications
