- Attend qualified, pre-booked appointments (phone + in-home)
- Present tailored solar solutions clearly and professionally
- Educate customers on rebates and finance options (full training provided)
- Close deals and earn high commissions
- Follow our established CRM process and daily reporting
- Participate in fortnightly in-person coaching sessions
- Maintain a full-time availability schedule (remote-based) ✅ No cold calling — all leads are warm inquiries from customers actively requesting solar quotes. What We Offer
- Commission-only role with realistic OTE of $120K–$200K+

- Have solar sales experience (remote closing, in-home, call centre, or commission-based roles)
- Are confident in presenting and closing deals
- Can follow a proven, repeatable sales process
- Are reliable, driven, and coachable
- Can manage their own schedule and workload
- Want long-term growth in a performance-based environment
- Hold a valid driver’s licence and own vehicle (for in-home appointments)
- Are based in NSW.
- Can attend in-person training in Smeaton Grange NSW 2567 Solar experience is preferred but not required.
