**About You**:

- Have a minimum of 1 years management experience in Retail
- Experience in managing a team of 2
- 4 team members
- Have a passion for customer service, retail sales and fashion
- Be determined to achieve the store budget and understand KPI expectations
- Have the ability to identify store opportunities in order to maximise sales
- Have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team
