Seeking a qualified and experienced Supply and Distribution Manager for full-time, permanent employment with a background in the manufacturing industry.

**Roles to be filled**

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification.
- Extensive experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution management, ideally within the manufacturing or automotive industry.
- 10+ years of experience in leading and managing teams.

Technical Skills:

- Expertise in using ERP systems for inventory, vendor, and supply chain management.

Key Strengths:

- Solid communication and negotiation skills to foster relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Ability to think strategically and solve problems efficiently.
- Exceptional team-building skills to motivate and lead diverse teams toward common goals.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or related field.
- Extensive experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution management, preferably within the manufacturing or automotive industry.
- 10+ years of experience in team management.
- Experience with integrated ERP including vendor, supply and distribution, and inventory management systems.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Dedicated to maintaining and promoting safe work practices

**Remuneration**

$120,000
- $130,000 per year Dependent on Skills & Experience. Remuneration can be negotiated with the successful applicant at interview stage

Remuneration will reflect current market conditions and industry award rates.
