We’re a busy bakery known for high quality sourdough & pastries and have a strong coffee following, serving The Little Marionette. We make and bake all our food offerings which has seen us become a local favourite with a queue out our door most days. Think city vibes buzz in a beautiful country town.

The Baker we’re looking for:

- is a qualified Baker with a minimum of 2 years experience
- has experience with sourdough
- is available to work full time, Tuesday to Saturday
- can commit to early hours, starting at 2:30am
- can work autonomously, owning the bread section
- is passionate about hospitality and what our industry is about
- is a team player who enjoys working with others

**Will consider a 4th year apprentice with the right experience**

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
