Description:
The objective of the Reception and Administration Support role is to operate as the primary and first point of contact with the community and clients and provide a range of administrative support functions to their respective team.
All roles within Argyle Housing are to be performed under the principle of “One Argyle” and with a commitment to client service delivery foster the approach of ‘no wrong door’.
Skills and Experiences:
Qualification in business administration (desirable)
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong interpersonal skills
Robust organisational and time management skills
Intermediate to advanced level of computer skills with experience in MS Office
Ability to develop and produce high quality reports within designated time frames
Demonstrated understanding of customer service principles
Knowledge of social housing policies and procedures
Demonstrate collaborative, cohesive interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written.
Ability to engage with team members at all levels of the organisation.
Ability to exercise sound judgement.
Sound understanding of social and community issues impacting on social and affordable housing clients
Sensitivity and understanding of cultural and socio- economic characteristics
Sound understanding of social and community housing or community services industry (desirable)
