Role Overview As a Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of your store

- Lead and inspire your team to create warm, welcoming, and meaningful customer experiences
- Drive performance across the customer experience, store sales, and store presentation
- Create a team culture grounded in trust, fun, and our values
- Lead day‑to‑day operations including rostering, stock management and visual merchandising
- Coach, develop, and grow your team through clear communication and meaningful feedback
