**About the Role**

This role revolves around **prospecting for new business**, providing high-level support, and managing social media marketing to help build a strong personal brand.

**What You’ll Do** **- Prospecting & Lead Generation**
- Actively seek new listing opportunities through calls, door knocking, and database management.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into appointments. **- Agent Support**
- Assist with property campaigns, open homes, and client appointments.
- Prepare marketing materials, listing presentations, and coordinate property photography. **- Social Media & Marketing**
- Create and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Help produce video tours, reels, and behind-the-scenes content to grow online presence.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Highly motivated and proactive with a solid work ethic.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Social media savvy with basic content creation skills (Canva experience a plus).
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain.
- Driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
