**Our Opportunity**

We are seeking an experience General Manager to join the team and provide a fresh and innovative mindset to the business’ objectives. This position is a critical leadership position, that owns multiple facets. Reporting into the Managing Director, this role is primarily responsible for the overall success and management of the business. Core responsibilities include however are not limited to:

- Create and execute business sales and operations strategy
- Support business development initiatives incl. assisting key customers and sales where required
- Responsible for financial management, incl budgets, P&L; and reporting
- Focus on continuous improvement and succession planning
- Provide leadership including the management and development of people
- Ensure a high quality of work or service is maintained
- Participate in management conferences

**The Right Person**

We are interested in hearing from you if you have:

- Senior management experience within industrial manufacturing or heavy vehicle industry with the readiness to take the next step
- Strong exposure with strategy and/or business development activities
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire people
- Excellent commercial acumen
- Comfortable working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting
- Paramount communication skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong hunger for success
