Receptionist Trainee Narellan

My Gateway has an exciting prospect for a Receptionist with Everlast Tarping Systems. As a part of this traineeship, you will complete a Certificate III in Business Administration.

During your on the job training, some of the tasks you will be required to complete will include:

Greeting customers and truck drivers

Scanning and filing documents

Taking care of the freight / delivery details for the tarps.

Working with a team in the office of about 5 people

To be considered for this role, you must have:

Driver's license is needed as there are times that you will need to go to the bank and post office

Be switched on and able to use computer system

Able to work with Truck Drivers and Truck dealerships

Willingness to learn

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Excellent Customer service skills

Great attention to detail

Team Player
