Restaurant Supervisor Narellan

The Role

We are looking for a switched on and agile Restaurant Supervisor to work at our Hurricane’s Grill & Bar at Narellan.

Key Responsibilities:_

Work in conjunction with the Restaurant Manager ensuring adequate resources are available.

Adopt a sound knowledge of all menu items, products, and merchandise and upsell to maximize sales.

Appropriately handle any enquiries, conflict, and complaints.

Train, educate, and motivate all staff involved in restaurant service, demonstrating positive and assertive leadership styles.

Manage staff performance.

Opening and closing of the restaurant

Cash management, ensuring tills balance at the end of each shift

Skills & Experience:_

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.

Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

Demonstrated ability to train, educate, and motivate staff.

Robust leadership and performance management skills.

Experience in cash handling and balancing skills.

Please note that you will be required to work a mixture of weekdays ,weekends & Public Holidays.

Pay: $70,000.00
- $75,000.00 per year
