Macarthur Automotive Narellan is expanding with the launch of Sydney’s newest Omoda Jaecoo showroom! We’re seeking an experienced and driven New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our sales team.

What you’ll be doing:

Lead, support, and mentor a high-performing sales team

Monitor performance and drive results to meet monthly targets

Run engaging daily and weekly sales meetings

Contribute to marketing campaigns and dealership promotions

Promote a robust team culture with a focus on customer satisfaction

Represent the team at management meetings

Build positive relationships across all departments and maintain a professional presence

What we are looking for:

Solid understanding of the automotive industry

5 years experience working within a Sales management role

Proven automotive sales management experience with demonstrated leadership skills.

Extensive experience in a sales role, with a proven sales record in meeting KPIs targets

Proven knowledge of effective sales strategies and best practices

C-Class current driver's license
