First One Australia (FOA) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Permanent Part time Bookkeeper** to join our cloud-based accounting team. You will help maintain accurate financial records, support our business clients, and assist with **customer service and administrative tasks** when required. **What You’ll Be Doing**
- Processing **accounts payable** and **accounts receivable**:

- Preparing and reconciling **bank**, **eBay**, **Kogan**, **Amazon**, **Stripe** accounts
- Managing **inventory data** (stock in/out)
- Maintaining general ledgers and financial records
- Preparing monthly **financial statements** and **management reports**:

- Completing **MYOB Payroll**, timesheets, superannuation, PAYG compliance
- Providing administrative support to the accounting team
- Reconciling and analysing **rebate reports**:

- **Assisting with customer service and admin duties** as required
- Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes

**What We’re Looking For**
- Relevant **bookkeeping or accounting qualifications**:

- Minimum **2 years’ experience** in a similar role
- High accuracy and strong numerical ability
- Experience with **MYOB, SAP**, and accounting systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work **independently** and **in a team**:

- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Must hold **Temporary visa, PR, or Australian Citizenship**:

- Must be able to **drive to our Badgerys Creek location**
