We are looking for a **passionate and driven Store Manager** to take the lead at our second location, helping us **build a strong team, drive sales, and create an exceptional shopping experience.**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We’re looking for a **hands-on Store Manager** to take charge of **Gregory Hills** as it becomes the **main hub** of our business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on **leadership, innovation, and problem-solving** while working closely with our **sister store at Glen Alpine.**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Lead, train, and motivate** a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. **Oversee daily store operations**
- stock management, merchandising, and compliance. **Handle web orders** for both **shipping and click & collect** to ensure seamless online fulfillment. **Perform regular stock takes** and maintain accurate inventory records. **Liaise with Glen Alpine** to coordinate stock transfers and ensure both stores are well-supplied. **Order creatively** to maximize **gross profit (GP)**, purchasing in quantities that benefit **both stores.** **Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator** to plan and execute sales promotions, introduce new products, and streamline marketing efforts. Ensure **clear communication** between **brands, reps, both store locations, and marketing** to keep everything aligned and running smoothly. **Drive sales & implement strategies** to increase revenue and customer engagement. **Manage rostering, staff training, and performance development.** **Handle customer inquiries, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.** Maintain a **clean, organised, and well-stocked store.**

Pay: $55,000.00
- $80,000.00 per year
