- Role requirements:​​ Demonstrate knowledge, methods and principles of general building maintenance
- Broad understanding of major building trades, tools and machinery operations
- Certificate III in a building trade or related field including Shopfitting, Cabinet Making, Carpentry
- Current drivers license
- Ability to work at heights | elevated platforms up to 11 metres
- Ability to work unsupervised as well as being a flexible member of the team
- Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time
