Engineering Professional (Smeaton Grange)

ANALYTICAL CONTROL PTY LIMITED is an Australian company specialising in analytical products and systems, primarily servicing the Oil and Gas markets. We aim to provide the highest level of customer service and pride ourselves that our highly trained staff can provide sales, applications and technical services, not just products. We are seeking for a full-time Engineering Qualified to join our team in our Smeaton Grange office. Your responsibilities will include
- Assist in the design and integration of analytical instrumentation systems, including gas and liquid analysers and associated sampling systems
- Support the installation, commissioning, calibration, and troubleshooting of instrumentation and control systems
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including quotations, datasheets, specifications, and system configurations
- Provide engineering support for sample conditioning and transport systems used in process industries
- Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure equipment meets technical specifications and compliance standards
- Conduct system testing, validation, and performance analysis to ensure operational efficiency and reliability
- Support project delivery across all phases, including design, procurement, and installation
- Ensure compliance with relevant Australian standards, safety regulations, and industry requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering systems and processes To apply for the role, you must have the following:
· Bachelor level qualification in Engineering
· At least 1 year of work experience in the field
· Experience with the following:
- SolidWorks CAD design and detailed engineering drawings.
- Finite Element Analysis (ANSYS) for structural validation.
- PLC programming and control systems.
- MATLAB for system modelling and trajectory planning.
