Position Title: Administration Clerk Department: Camden Cycles Location of the Role: Camden Employment Type: Full Time Overview of the Role: We are looking for full-time Administration Clerk to join our team at Camden Cycles & Valley Cycles. Reporting to the Shop manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
· Processing supplier invoices into retail management system
· Process supplier payments according to supplier terms
· Process daily banking & Bank Statement reconciliation
· Process and manage online orders and online enquiries.
· Management of stock inventory systems, including stock receipting, stock control and entry of stock into retail management systems.
· Liaise with suppliers for products and services e.g. Warranty repairs or inventory enquires
· General data entry & reconciliation of the general ledger.
· End of month reconciliations of assigned general ledger accounts
· Various ad-hoc administrative duties Demonstrated experience is preferred although if you feel you meet the above criteria, we encourage you to apply. The Successful Applicant Must have:
· Proven experience to delivering exceptional customer service at every opportunity.
· Demonstrated ability to lead and work within a team.
· Computer literate, robust organisational and admin skills.
