About the Role

This role revolves around prospecting for recent business, providing high-level support, and managing social media marketing to help build a strong personal brand.

What You’ll Do

Prospecting & Lead Generation

Actively seek new listing opportunities through calls, door knocking, and database management.

Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into appointments.

Agent Support

Assist with property campaigns, open homes, and client appointments.

Prepare marketing materials, listing presentations, and coordinate property photography.

Social Media & Marketing

Create and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Help produce video tours, reels, and behind-the-scenes content to grow online presence.

What We’re Looking For

Highly motivated and proactive with a solid work ethic.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Social media savvy with basic content creation skills (Canva experience a plus).

Current NSW Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain.

Driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
