Retail Sales Associate - Narellan Town Centre

Our **Sales Associates** are the core of our business; you need creating a personal and remarkable experience for every customer that stop by our store, helping them to find beautiful things for them.

A **Sales Associate** will be the ultimate jewellery fan. They will immerse themselves into the brand, culture and product, and take pride in providing every client with a excellent customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage every client in a welcoming manner
- A positive, can-do attitude with a contagious enthusiasm for jewellery
- Always maintain a keen awareness of shoppers, to both deliver a world class shopping experience and introduction to the brand story
- Achieve and exceed sales goals utilizing specialised selling model and product knowledge
- Introduce shoppers to multiple categories of product to build brand loyalty, and maximize sales results
- Complete product knowledge training to leverage driving sales
- Display personal accountability in achieving and exceeding sales and KPI targets
- Be aware of current product launches and promotions, support brand initiatives
- Cultivate a solid customer/client base through customer engagement and build relationships
- Execute visual refreshes and uphold exceptional cleaning standards.

Qualifications:

- Retail and/or previous sales experience preferred
- Basic jewellery knowledge (such as different metal materials, common gem stones)
- Superior customer service skills and a passion for the customer experience
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced workplace
- Be able to stand for long periods of time

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $23.00
- $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10
- 35 per week
