MJT Group Facility Services is a strata & commercial cleaning, gardening, and maintenance provider. We are actively seeking a motivated and organised Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent full-time position that will provide essential administrative support within our growing organisation. The preferred working hours for this role are from 9:00 a.m.
- 5:00 p.m.
Tasks you are required to fulfil include, but are not limited to:
Performing a range of general administrative duties including filing, data entry, document processing, and reporting;
Supporting the planning and organisation of meetings and appointments;
Contributing to the development and maintenance of office systems and procedures;
Keeping good customer relations;
Undertaking ad-hoc projects and other duties as required.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Good telephone manner and people skills;
Ability to adapt to changing situations;
A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Xero, Gmail Workspace, and Google Drive;
High attention to detail and good administrative skills;
Valuable time management;
The ability to work independently and as part of our team;
Ability to take ownership and follow tasks through to completion
