Accounts Receivable / Reception (Camden)

Southwells are a supplier of irrigation and, pumping equipment for over 80 years operating with branches in the Camden and Bowral districts. Immediate Start Available Location: Camden NSW 2570 Employment Type: Full Time on site. 9.00am – 5.00pm Position: Accounts Receivable
- Debtors / Reception Duties:
· Answering Telephone
· Daily banking of cash register /till
· Purchasing of staff amenities
· Daily collection of Mail from Post Office
· Posting of mail as required.
· Maintain stock of stationery and printer cartridges
· Data Entry of Creditors invoices in to accounting software.
· Maintenance and printing of shelf labelling system and specials labels
· Processing customer invoices, emailing of invoices and statements.
· Creation, printing and distribution of monthly specials flyer using CANVA
· Creation and posting of social media posts
· Liaising with customer with outstanding invoices We are looking for a person who:
- Strong understanding of accounts
- Understanding of social media applications
- Is a team player who is self-motivated
- Solid communication skills
