Self Storage Assistant Manager – Permanent Part-Time We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Part-Time Self Storage Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied position combining customer service, sales, administration and facility presentation. Our facilities pride themselves on being well maintained and professionally presented, and our management team plays a key role in ensuring we continue to stand out from the crowd. You will assist with the day-to-day operations of the site while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high occupancy levels. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to new and existing customers
- Conduct one-on-one sales and assist customers with storage solutions
- Manage customer accounts and administrative tasks
- Assist with maintaining high tenancy levels within the facility
- Ensure the facility is clean, safe and well presented at all times
- Assist with day-to-day site operations About You
- Previous experience with Self Storage management software (e.g. Sitelink) is desirable, however training will be provided
- Demonstrated sales and customer service experience
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to presentation
- A positive and enthusiastic team player who can also work autonomously
- Flexible and able to collaborate with others to achieve goals
- Takes pride in their work, reputation and workplace presentation
- Intermediate computer skills Role Details
