We're looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager who's ready to lead client strategy, drive real outcomes, and grow with a business that backs performance with reward. As an Account Manager, Your Role Is To:
- Manage a portfolio of 30+ clients, focusing on monthly recurring revenue (MRR) over volume
- Own and lead strategy across SEO, Google Ads, and Paid Social
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure campaigns are executed to a high standard
- Lead client communication, performance reviews, and strategy
- Turn data into insights, and insights into business growth What You'll Be Doing Client Relationships You'll be the go-to for your clients
- building trust, delivering value, and leading regular meetings with confidence. Campaign Management You'll oversee multi-channel campaigns, ensuring everything aligns with strategy and delivers measurable ROI. Collaboration Work closely with our SEO and Paid Media teams to ensure delivery is aligned with the business strategic direction. Data-Led Strategy Use tools like GA4, Looker Studio, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console to make smart, informed decisions. Growth Opportunities Identify upsell/cross sell opportunities and help clients scale with the right mix of services and channels in the most cost efficient manner. Problem Solving You'll proactively troubleshoot performance issues and continuously look for ways to improve results. Quality Control Own the output

- 2-5+ years of agency experience across SEO, PPC, and social advertising
- Strong experience managing client relationships and campaign performance
- Confident in reporting, commercial strategy, and client communication
- A proactive, curious, and results-focused mindset
- A genuine love for digital marketing and continuous learning Requirements Hands-on experience using:
- GA4
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- SEMrush / Ahrefs
- Screaming Frog
- Google Search Console
- Strategic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and Paid Social
