Colour Matcher (Smeaton Grange)

As a Colour Matcher based at our Smeaton Grange store , you will provide professional services to PPG customers, assisting with the mixing and formulation of paints to fulfill customer orders. Responsibilities
- Mix and tint/ eye match colours to formulas, as per customer orders.
- Paint mixing and tinting as per formulations.
- Complete the number of tints, on time following PPG processes.
- Maintain records of products used in the production of mixed colours.
- Low-level colour matching.
- Compliance with all PPG policies and EH&S; procedures.
- Any other duties as reasonably required. Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar colour matching/tinter role.
- Knowledge of colour mixing practices.
- Demonstrated colour-matching skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of paint and consumable products.
- Ability to work with formulas.
- Valid forklift license would be highly regarded but not essential.
- Permanent Working Rights in Australia is a must.
