MOVE360 Allied Health is seeking a highly organized and motivated **Administration Member** to join our agile team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our clinic and contribute to a positive experience for both patients and practitioners. You will be the first point of contact for patients, manage scheduling, assist with reporting and documentation, and coordinate between our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule patient appointments and manage practitioner calendars
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Assist with billing, claims, and reporting as required
- Support the allied health team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Ensure smooth clinic operations and a welcoming environment for patients

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in office software and willingness to learn clinic management systems
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
