Benefits Hub that includes lifestyle discounts from hundreds of leading stores and servicesNow, a bit about the role:As a Compensation Advocate(T/L1), you will support veterans and their families through compensation claims and appeals processes with the Department of Veterans' Affairs.This is a highly structured, administration and case management-focused role, where accuracy, organisation and consistency are key.Based inourStafford office, you will work to:Prepare andsubmitcompensation claims in line with legislative and policy requirementsManage andmaintaindetailed client records using CRM systemsCoordinate case files, documentation and supporting evidenceMonitor claim progress and providetimelyupdatesLiaise with internal teams and external stakeholdersSupport veterans through complex situationsYou will be supported through structured onboarding and training, including completion of the Advocacy Training and Development Program (ADTP), and will gradually build capability before independently managing cases.What'srequiredto succeed:To succeed in this role, you will thrive in a structured environment and be comfortable working with detailed processes and information.You will bring:Experience in administration,case management, or similar environmentsStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex information accuratelyThe ability to learn, interpret and apply legislation and policyConfidence in handling sensitive or challenging conversationsEmotional resilience and the ability tomaintainprofessional boundariesA proactive and curious mindset, with a willingness to learn and ask questionsStrong communicationskills and the ability to work collaboratively within a teamYou do not need prior advocacy experience — full training will be provided.Embracing collaboration and innovation, we work as one to lead the change veterans need.We'renot afraid to go the extra mile or seek better ways of doing things.
