Currently operating at 17,000 SCU and expanding to 30,000 SCU as part of a major growth phase, the business is focused on operational performance, staff development, and high standards across the site. Reporting to the Feedlot Management team, this role would suit someone who enjoys operating machinery in a production workplace, values routine and safety, and works well within a close-knit team. Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Operate feedlot machinery including loaders, tractors, feed trucks, and support equipment.
- Assist with feed batching, feed delivery, and general feedlot operations.
- Conduct daily pre-start checks, servicing, and basic machinery maintenance.
- Maintain accurate operational records while following WHS and feedlot safety procedures. Selection Criteria
- Previous machinery or loader operating experience desirable but not essential.
- Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures and routines.
- Mechanically minded with good attention to detail and fault-spotting ability.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work rostered hours including early starts. Additional Particulars
