Our services span the south-eastern suburbs, offering opportunities across multiple locations within this region. Key Responsibilities: Provide assistance with daily living activities (e.g., personal care, meal preparation, medication management). Support clients to achieve their personal goals and engage in community activities. Promote independence, dignity, and respect while delivering compassionate care. Maintain clear and accurate documentation regarding client progress and needs. Ensure a safe and supportive workplace for clients at all times.
