Diploma Educator (Narre Warren North)

Elimatta Montessori Early Learning Centre is a newly opened family owned and operated 80 place centre located in beautiful, lush land of Narre Warren North. The centre operates 6.30am
- 6.30pm and comprises of three beautiful, spacious and well-resourced rooms. 6 months-18 months, 18 months
- 3 years and 3 years
- 5 years.

We are currently seeking part time/full time Diploma educators with flexibility in hours.

Our program is based on the curriculum which is derived from The Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and incorporates the Montessori teaching methods.

We are looking for passionate educators who value partnering with families of many different cultures, are keen to further develop their skills and want to join a great, capable and dedicated team. As a lead educator, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to young children. Your enthusiasm and commitment to early childhood development will contribute to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for our little learners.

**The ideal applicant must have**:

- Diploma or Early Childhood teacher qualification (assessed and recognised by ACECQA) (and First Aid/Asthma/Anaphylaxis certificate)
- A robust, confident and motivated personality with an ambition to provide educational standards of excellence.
- A demonstrated understanding of: National Quality Framework (NQF); Early Years Learning Framework V2.0 (EYLF); Child Protection & Mandatory Reporting; Workplace Health & Safety issues.
- Have excellent teamwork skills
- Two relevant and recent references
- A current working with children check (WWCC)
