The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Kitchen Hand to support our chefs with prep, cleanliness, and smooth service. This is a full-time, daytime-only position and weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays) is essential.

What You’ll Do

Assist chefs with basic prep and service support

Maintain a spotless, food-protected kitchen at all times (dishes, benches, floors, equipment)

Restock, rotate, and organise cool rooms, dry stores, and service areas

Follow hygiene, OH&S;, and waste-management procedures

Work efficiently during busy periods and communicate clearly with the team

What You Bring

Previous kitchen hand experience (essential) in a busy, quality-focused venue

Pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organised environment

Reliability, punctuality, and a robust work ethic

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Availability on Saturdays and Sundays (must)
