**About the Role**
The Contract Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and managing service contracts, assisting operations with scheduling and compliance, and supporting the commercial and administrative functions of the business. **Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare, review and manage cleaning service contracts, subcontracts and variations.
- Track contract milestones, renewal dates, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports to clients
- Coordinate procurement, supplies, contractor onboarding and compliance documentation.
- Assist Operations Managers with scheduling, scopes of work and service delivery requirements to ensure performance against agreed timelines, KPIs, and service standards.
- Process progress claims, invoices, purchase orders and cost reports.
- Maintain accurate contract files and compliance records across multiple sites and contribute towards ongoing continuous improvement of contract administration systems.
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders regarding contract performance and operational matters.
- Support audit, reporting, and compliance requirements under the company’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems.
- Assist with identifying and resolving contractual risks, issues, and non-conformances.
- Assist with resolving contract or service-related queries.
**About You**
- **Minimum qualification: Diploma-level qualification** in Business, Project Management, Construction/Contract Administration, or a related field.
- **At least 1 year of full-time work experience** in contract administration, facilities management, cleaning services, or a similar administrative/commercial role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and work across multiple contracts.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with management systems is an advantage.
- A proactive team player with a skilled and customer-focused approach.
Pay: $80,000.00
- $90,000.00 per year
