The Contract Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and managing service contracts, assisting operations with scheduling and compliance, and supporting the commercial and administrative functions of the business. Coordinate procurement processes, including supplier engagement, onboarding and preparation of contract documentation, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards. Support the planning and delivery of services by working closely with Operations Managers to define scopes of work, program schedules and contract deliverables. Assess and process progress claims, invoices and purchase orders, while monitoring contract costs and preparing financial and performance reports. Maintain and manage accurate contract documentation, records and compliance systems across multiple projects and service sites. Liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to address contractual matters, resolve issues and ensure effective service delivery. Monitor contractor performance and assist in ensuring compliance with WHS, quality assurance and relevant regulatory requirements. Respond to enquiries and assist in resolving contractual and service-related issues, ensuring obligations are met and risks are minimised. Qualification & experience Minimum qualification: Diploma-level qualification in Business, Project Management, Construction/Contract Administration, or a related field. At least 1 year of full-time work experience in contract administration, facilities management, cleaning services, or a similar administrative/commercial role. Strong organisational and communication skills with high attention to detail. Ability to manage competing deadlines and work across multiple contracts. Proficient in MS Office; experience with management systems is an advantage. A proactive team player with a professional and customer-focused approach.
