About the Role
The Contract Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and managing service contracts, assisting operations with scheduling and compliance, and supporting the commercial and administrative functions of the business. This role offers long-term stability, professional development, and the chance to contribute to a dynamic, client-focused team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review and manage cleaning service contracts, subcontracts and variations.
Track contract milestones, renewal dates, and compliance requirements.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports to clients
Coordinate procurement, supplies, contractor onboarding and compliance documentation.
Assist Operations Managers with scheduling, scopes of work and service delivery requirements to ensure performance against agreed timelines, KPIs, and service standards.
Process progress claims, invoices, purchase orders and cost reports.
Maintain accurate contract files and compliance records across multiple sites and contribute towards ongoing continuous improvement of contract administration systems.
Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders regarding contract performance and operational matters.
Support audit, reporting, and compliance requirements under the company’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems.
Assist with identifying and resolving contractual risks, issues, and non-conformances.
Assist with resolving contract or service-related queries.
About You
Minimum qualification: Diploma-level qualification in Business, Project Management, Construction/Contract Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 year of full-time work experience in contract administration, facilities management, cleaning services, or a similar administrative/commercial role.
Solid organisational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to manage competing deadlines and work across multiple contracts.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with management systems is an advantage.
A proactive team player with a skilled and customer-focused approach.
Pay: $80,000.00
- $90,000.00 per year
