The premises features themed consult rooms, an extensive product line with digital configurators, private delivery bays, a state-of-the-art visible workshop, and a fully catered Porsche Café Lounge for customers convenience.

Reporting to the Sales Manager and Dealer Principal, this role is responsible for guiding guests through the Porsche buying process, exceeding customers’ expectations with high quality service, whilst delivering the best solution to meet their needs.

We are looking for:

- A genuine, friendly, and authentic individual with a passion for customer service
- Professionally presentation both attitude and attire
- Passion for Prestige European Automobiles
- Passion and energy to succeed in a team-based environment
- Strong relationship building skills
- Previous experience in the Automotive Industry selling prestige vehicles advantageous but not essential
- A self-motivated and goal driven individual

The Role:

- Welcoming and hosting customers in the all-new Destination Porsche and over the phone
- Day-to-day client hosting, relationship building and follow up.
- Achieving monthly sales, gross and customer experience targets and KPIs
- Proficiency with lead-management and CRM systems
- Contributing to the daily operational needs of the showroom
