Receptionist (Nedlands)

Casual Receptionist for Nedlands Podiatry with cover shifts available at surrounding clinics. This is a casual position with availability needed mainly on Fridays in Nedlands (8-4). We are also looking for someone with flexibility to assist with covering annual leave at our other locations including Cannington, Scarborough and Balcatta. Own transport and rights to work within Australia is essential. This is unlike any standard repetitive reception role and requires the successful applicant to have the following qualities:

- Pay as per the Health professionals support services award. Advertised pay represents adult rate, over 21. We currently have 14 clinics across Perth with our own reception working onsite at 8 of them. This role requires:
- A reasonable understanding of computer systems or a willingness to learn
- Answering calls from different locations
- Making appointments and amending bookings
- Processing online claims and payments via EFTPOS or HICAPS
- Banking and reconciliation As a part of a large team of healthcare professionals it is also required that support be provided to our clinicians, this could include the following:
- Sterilising tools
- Cleaning and organising the clinic
- Calling clients
- Managing the clinicians diary All training is provided and this role is suitable for all experience levels.
