Our Advanced Clinical Trial Centre in Nedlands, recognised as a private hospital, provides patients with access to cutting-edge advancements in oncology and haematology research and treatment.
Our Regulatory Data and Compliance team plays a crucial role in ensuring adherence to regulatory standards in the management and execution of clinical trials within our licensed private hospital. Your Role in Our Future As a Compliance Administrator, your role will be to ensure our teams are fully complaint with a range of clinical trial and accreditation standards & procedures and specified training requirements.
The key focus of this role is on compliance and regulation through maintaining and updating online databases, and delivering and monitoring training, and keeping compliance records up-to-date for the ACTC. Some of your time will be spent;
- Ensuring all current starters are provided with induction training and are provided with access to the systems to complete necessary training.
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to collect, track, and file accurate documentation for training records, audits, reporting, and accreditation.
- Processing incoming correspondence, route documents to teams, and track progress.
- Preparing and maintain compliance documentation, required reports and datasets in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conducting quality control reviews of documentation to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards before submission or filing. This role will be based at our offices in Nedlands and will be offered on a full-time basis. Your Experience Your Experience The ideal candidate will have a commitment to quality and an interest in applying policies and procedures to support the success of clinical trials.

· High level communication skills including proven written and verbal with the ability to positively influence others.
· Experience with preparing for internal and external audits.
· Proven advanced time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
· Experience working in a clinical trial environment or related field e.g medical, pharmaceutical (desirable).
