Contract Caterer – Nelson Bay Golf Club Nelson Bay Golf Club seeks an experienced Contract Caterer to oversee all food operations commencing April 2026. Responsibilities
- Manage all food, restaurant, and event catering operations from April 2026.
- Deliver high‑quality dining experiences in a up-to-date clubhouse setting.
- Operate the restaurant 7 days a week for lunch and dinner.
- Operate the café 7 days a week.
- Provide food to the Golf shop daily.
- Serve corporate golf days, special events, weddings, celebrations and club functions.
- Operate the halfway house for golfers on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
- Design and deliver seasonal menus for casual dining, functions and weddings.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene and safety.
- Manage kitchen operations, including staffing, purchasing and cost control.
- Work closely with club management and the events team to deliver successful functions. Ideal Candidate
- Have strong experience as a contract caterer or hospitality operator in clubs, resorts or similar venues.
- Demonstrate sound financial and operational management.
