We’re seeking a dynamic and hands‑on General Manager to guide our Club into its next exciting chapter. Working closely with the Board, you’ll drive strategic growth while fostering a positive, community‑focused culture.

About the Role

Oversee daily operations across the Club and Garden Eatery restaurant.

Lead and empower a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Manage budgets, compliance, and reporting to the Board.

Build strong community, member, and stakeholder engagement.

Implement strategies that enhance sustainability, profitability, and membership growth.

Our ideal candidate has

Proven leadership experience in hospitality, clubs, or accommodation industries.

Robust business acumen with a focus on service excellence.

Personable, community-minded, and confident, leading diverse teams.

Club management qualifications (or similar) preferred.
