Full Time Sales Team Member – Nelson Bay Carpet Court Nelson Bay Carpet Court is looking for a motivated and friendly Full Time Sales Team Member to join our local team. If you enjoy working with people, learning new skills, and being part of a supportive business environment, we would love to hear from you. No flooring industry experience is required — full training will be provided. About the Role This is a varied role involving:
- Assisting customers in our showroom
- Providing product advice on flooring and window furnishings
- Preparing quotations and processing sales
- Conducting in-home consultations and measurements
- Maintaining showroom presentation and displays
- General administration and data entry What We’re Looking For
- Friendly and professional presentation
- Reliable and motivated attitude
- Solid communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- Current driver’s licence
- This role involves significant computer-based work including customer follow-up systems, spreadsheets, quoting, and AI-assisted business processes.
- Applicants should be confident using computers, learning new systems, and working accurately with digital processes and administration. What We Offer
