Contract Caterer – Nelson Bay Golf Club

Nelson Bay Golf Club seeks an experienced Contract Caterer to oversee all food operations commencing April 2026.

Responsibilities

Manage all food, restaurant, and event catering operations from April 2026.

Deliver high‑quality dining experiences in a modern clubhouse setting.

Operate the restaurant 7 days a week for lunch and dinner.

Operate the café 7 days a week.

Provide food to the Golf shop daily.

Serve corporate golf days, special events, weddings, celebrations and club functions.

Operate the halfway house for golfers on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Design and deliver seasonal menus for casual dining, functions and weddings.

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene and safety.

Manage kitchen operations, including staffing, purchasing and cost control.

Work closely with club management and the events team to deliver successful functions.

Ideal Candidate

Have solid experience as a contract caterer or hospitality operator in clubs, resorts or similar venues.

Demonstrate sound financial and operational management.

Be customer‑focused, team-oriented and able to build solid relationships with the club and its patrons.
