You will be joining a positive and enriching team where you will be able to develop and grow your skills. **About the Role**: We are looking for a passionate Duty Manager with extensive experience in high-volume, late night trading venues featuring live music, entertainment as well as strong food, beverage and gaming operations. In this role, you’ll lead a highly engaged team of up to 200 employees, using your passion and leadership to support the team to deliver consistently exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee shift operations, including late-night shifts on weekends, and collaborate closely with the management team to ensure seamless services. This is a truly iconic multi-faceted venue with a wide range of hospitality options to suit everyone, including:

- 2 outstanding restaurants, Atmos and Patio plus our recently renovated Café, Mermaids with unrivalled ocean views overlooking Shoal Bay.
- 500 pax Convention Centre that offers a premier wedding facility as well as three spacious conference rooms
- State of the art VIP Gaming room with 23 machines
- 3 large bars servicing our famous entertainment areas on the ground floor
- Intimate Cane Lounge area suitable for quiet dining or as an additional space for hire.
- High Volume off premises bottleshop which has seen growth year on year.

**About You**: The nature of this role and venue requires exceptional leadership skills, extensive operational knowledge and experience including:

- At least 2 years experience with front of house activities including Food & Beverage service, Gaming/TAB/Keno and Functions & Events is essential.
- Good working knowledge of back of house operations including rosters, POS/Global systems, financial acumen and reporting.
- Availability for days, nights, and weekends
- RSA/RCG/ARCG certification (required)
- Strong ability to stay calm and manage situations discreetly and effectively under pressure
- Quick thinking, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset
- Excellent organizational skills to ensure consistent service quality
