**Our expectations are you will have**:

- A great attitude and willing to learn from a knowledgeable team
- Experience with general gardening/grounds maintenance knowledge including mowing, hedging, trimming, irrigation and bin maintenance
- The ability to work within a small team or autonomously
- Empathy with seniors and excellent communication skills, verbal & written
- Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Demonstrated knowledge of WHS practices
- General Computer skills
- Current Manual Driver's License
- Australian Working Rights
