Come join our friendly team of 18+ staff in modern & vibrant offices in the heart of Nelson Bay shopping and restaurant precinct. We're not your average promo company, we source thousands of products globally and can design and deliver custom products to suit our client's unique needs. We have our own in-house Graphic Design/Marketing team and IT Team that creates and manages our custom CRM and online merchandise management solutions and warehousing/distribution services.
The Account Manager/Customer Service position is a crucial role responsible for providing exceptional customer service and additional products and/or services to existing clients. This role is responsible for nurturing and building on existing relationships with clients and finding new business opportunities within those clients.

Role details:
- Responding quickly to client enquiries, product quotes and orders
- Wow customers by delivering exceptional service
- Create and maintain customer records in our custom CRM system
- Respond to and solve customer concerns & work closely with our Operations Manager and Production Teams to deliver outstanding results
This role requires a agile and energetic person who doesn't get overwhelmed in an often time critical environment. You will be a 'real' people person who thrives on helping customers and your team mates. You will need to be a quick learner, super organised, proactive and self-motivated.
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- A confident telephone manner
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Be able to priortise tasks and manage deadlines
- An understanding of marketing and branding principles
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good computer literacy and ability to pick up new IT systems
- The ability to work together in a team to deliver exceptional results.
This role would suit someone with previous Customer Service, Account Management or Marketing/Event organiser experience and is looking for a role where they can build client relationships and make a difference.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00
- $65,000.00 per year
