Are you a reliable, practical person who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in a clean and well-maintained environment? We're seeking a dedicated **Bin Maintenance & Gardening Assistant**to join our village team at **Tea Gardens Grange**.

This hands-on role is essential to the smooth running of our community. You'll be responsible for the weekly bin regime across the village, along with supporting the upkeep of the gardens and grounds.

**About the Role**: Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating the movement of over 100 bins for council collection each week
- Driving a ute with trailer around the village
- Cleaning and disinfecting bins to maintain hygiene standards
- Returning bins to their respective locations post-collection
- Assisting with basic gardening and grounds maintenance tasks as needed

This role requires **physical fitness**, strong attention to detail, and a sense of ownership over your duties. It's a big job

- and you'll be supported by a knowledgeable, friendly team.

**What You'll Need**:

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn (full training provided)
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Understanding of safe manual handling and WHS practices
- A valid **Driver's Licence**(essential for operating the ute and trailer)
- General computer skills
- National Police Check / NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
