Real Estate Sales Associate (Nelson Bay)

- your duties will include:
- Supporting the sales team with administration and campaign coordination
- Managing buyer and vendor communication
- Database management and CRM administration
- Preparing marketing materials and property campaigns
- Reception and phone administration
- Assisting with social media and digital marketing content
- Supporting compliance and documentation processes
- Preparing reports, proposals and presentation material
- Assisting with open homes, appointments and general sales support
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes
- Providing exceptional customer service at every interaction The candidate
