Associate Account Coordinator (City of Gold Coast)

About the Role We are now on the hunt for a dedicated Associate Account Coordinator to support and grow our Amazon channel across all distributed brands. This role will work closely with the existing sales and marketing teams, taking ownership of day‑to‑day Amazon execution while building capability in marketplace management. This is an associate to mid‑level role with a clear development pathway into a Marketplace Manager for the right person. It is a clear growth role due to the increasing importance of Amazon in the business with ongoing exposure to major global brands and retailers. Core Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day Amazon account operations across multiple brands/products
- Monitor pricing, promotions, and competitiveness in line with market dynamics
- Track stock availability and coordinate with supply chain to avoid out‑of‑stocks
- Execute and monitor Amazon marketing (AMS, deals, promos, events)
- Analyse performance data (sell‑through, traffic, conversion, margin) and report insights
- Work with internal teams to onboard new products and ensure best‑in‑class execution at launch
- Maintain Amazon compliance (content standards, policies, brand requirements)
- Identify growth opportunities across the channel What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years experience in eCommerce, retail, or digital sales (Amazon experience preferred but not essential)
- Solid attention to detail and highly organised
- Analytical mindset – comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and performance metrics
- Commercial awareness – understands pricing, margin, and retail dynamics
- Proactive and willing to take ownership
- Strong communication skills – able to work across internal teams Nice to Have (Not Essential)
- Experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central
- Exposure to digital marketing or paid media
