The Prospect
This isn’t a back‑office design role.
We’re looking for a Design Manager – Manufacturing to lead our switchroom and switchboard design capability and take ownership of how we deliver engineering across complex projects.
Based in Yatala, you’ll lead a multi‑discipline team, drive design standards, and influence how projects are delivered from concept through to fabrication and construction. You’ll be trusted to make decisions, improve systems, and lift capability across the business.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Lead and develop a team of engineers and designers delivering switchboard and switchroom designs across multiple projects
Own design quality, coordination and delivery performance from concept through to manufacture and installation
Drive consistency across design outputs including SLDs, schematics, layouts, earthing and cable schedules
What You Bring
Electrical Engineering degree with strong experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex design packages under pressure
Strong technical capability across power systems, with ETAP or Powercard and AutoCAD experience
