Senior Landscape Architect (City of Gold Coast)

About the Job Assist in achieving a successful project from inception to delivery and ensuring client satisfaction through the on‑time delivery of a quality product. Responsibilities
- Work and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary design team.
- Prepare plans and documents for projects using computer‑based plans (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign and alike).
- Produce computer‑based diagrams, renders and imagery (e.g., Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, and alike). Assist the Project Lead In
- Preparing cost estimates
- Resolving complex design problems (e.g., grading, construction detailing etc.)
- Stakeholder management internally and externally with clients, contractors, sub‑consultants and industry bodies. Qualifications
- Experience in landscape architecture design within a professional practice is advantageous.
- Efficient user of relevant computer packages, i.e., Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop required.
- Comprehension of other computer packages such as Blender, Sketch‑Up, Lumion is advantageous.
